FRAUDULENT ORDERS

 

WJ Holdings will only process orders requested by the cardholder only.  We reserve the right to refuse to process any and all orders that we feel may have been placed fraudulently.  All fraudulent orders will be turned over to the appropriate authorities and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law!




SHIPPING

Schedule:

All in stock items usually ship within 2-3 business days. Items not currently in stock are automatically placed on backorder, which we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.

FedEx is our preferred carrier of choice. On oc
casions we may choose to use UPS or USPS which is at the sole discretion of WJ Holdings unless arrangements have been made prior to shipping.
The FedEx rates advertised only applies within the
continental United States. All other destinations will be accessed the appropriate additional shipping charges..ANY ADDITIONAL TAXES, DUTIES AND OR FEES ASSOCIATED WITH DOMESTIC OR FOREIGN ORDERS (INCLUDING CANADA) ARE THE FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER!

 
Loss or Damage:
WJ Holdings will not be held responsible for any packages lost or damaged once FedEx has confirmed receipt of shipment. Should something happen in transit, the customer is responsible to contact and complete an necessary claims and paperwork.

WJ Holdings will only ship to a confirmed billing address on all order placed online through our PayPal merchant account. Should you desire us to ship anywhere other than the confirmed billing address, you MUST place your order via phone at Toll Free 866.587.4327.  WJ Holdings reserves the right to refuse to process any and all orders that we feel may have been placed fraudulently.



CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Timelimit:

Any cancellations, returns, or exchanges received by SportsGear within 30 days from original customer receipt date per UPS, Fedex Ground, or USPS.

RMA #s:

Return Merchandise Authorization Number must be obtained prior to receiving any returned merchandise. Please call 866.587.5327 to for an RMA#.

Conditions:

All returned product must be shipped back with all tags and extra buttons attached. Products returned with stains, tears, smoke smell/damage, or other damage to the jacket, material or buttons will not be accepted , refunded or exchanged.

Shipping Costs:

Customer is responsible for all cost of shipping returns, cancellations or exchanges.

Restocking Fee:

A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all cancellations and returns. WJ Holdings, Inc. will waive the restocking fee for exchanges of the same product type (i.e. leather jacket for similar leather jacket). The restocking fee does apply when exchanging for product of lesser cost or when changing from an Adult to a Youth product.




CUSTOM JACKETS

WJ Holdings, Inc offers various custom and limited edition jackets made to order by the respective manufacturer. The customer is responsible to provide specific measurements if they would like to have them used in the production of their custom jacket. Our manufacturers proudly stand behind each and every custom jacket. Please allow four to six weeks for custom jacket orders to be manufactured, then shipped to you. If there is any change in this shipping timeline, WJ Holdings, Inc will communicate those changes to the customer. THERE ARE NO CANCELATIONS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ACCEPTED ON CUSTOM JACKETS.  PLEASE DO NOT PLACE ANY ORDERS FOR ITEMS THAT YOU ARE NOT 100% READY TO PURCHASE!




PAYMENTS

WJ Holdings, Inc. accepts the following forms of payment: American Express, Visa, MC, and Discover. WJ Holdings, Inc. will accept money orders and personal checks, contact us at 866.587.4327 for order processing. However, shipment of orders paid for by money order or personal check will be held until receipt of the payment by WJ Holdings, Inc. is confirmed and/or has cleared our bank.




CLEANING

JH Design highly suggests that their jackets never be washed or worn in the rain, snow etc. These jackets must be dry cleaned only using a PETROLEUM SOLVENT and NEVER USING PERCHLORETHYLENE! JH Design recommends that you contact and use Arrow Cleaners in Kansas City, MO 1 (800) 542-7769 for all your dry cleaning needs.

We at SportsGear believe in protecting our customers' personal & private information. We do not share, rent, or sell information to anyone. The security of your information, transactions, and money is our top priority and is why we have chosen one of the most well-known e-commerce providers in PayPal.
